Community Room
Endurance FCU is pleased to offer the free use of our Community Room to our members. The Community Room is housed at the Endurance FCU Corporate Building located at 2019 N Highway 81 in Duncan, OK. Just complete the rental agreement and return to Marketing@endurancefcu.org to reserve the room today!
Community Room Features

· 2 TVs with capabilities to screen share from iPad/Laptop
· Requestor is responsible for any office supplies needed for their event (pens, notepads, highlighters, etc.)
Reserving the community room
· A rental agreement between Endurance FCU and the member renting the Community Room must be signed before the reservation is confirmed. Click here for rental agreement.
· Reservations are on a first come first served basis.
· All reservations, setup, and arrangements must be made at least 14 days prior to the event. A signed contract is required 1 week prior to the event or the date may not be reserved.
· Recurring events/meetings can be scheduled in advance with approval.
· The member that signs the contract must attend the event/meeting and must remain during the entire reserved time. The member will be held responsible for clean-up and any damages that occur.
· The Community Room is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., and Saturdays. The room will not be available on Sundays.
· Early access to the Community Room will be allowed based on availability. Please be advised that there may be other events occurring after yours, and therefore, it is important that the facility is cleaned up and your party leaves promptly.
· The Community Room cannot be reserved for events advertised to the public.
· The Community Room will not be used for physical or other activities that may have a risk of injury or damages greater than office use.
· Endurance FCU reserves the right to cancel the event at any time if the above rules are not met.
· When reservations are submitted they are not guaranteed until approved by Endurance FCU Management.
Cancellation
· Cancellations must be made as soon as possible.
· Meetings are considered a “no show” and cancelled if the meeting room is not occupied within 30 minutes of the reservation time.
Room restrictions & Guidelines
· Maximum room capacity is 24 people.
· Noise must be kept to a reasonable level.
· Alcohol is strictly prohibited on credit union property and is not allowed within the Community Room.
· Parking for the Community Room is in the front and north side of the Corporate Building.
· Your EFCU Coordinator will meet you at the designated location at the arranged time.
Liability
Endurance FCU does not assume any liability for groups or individuals attending meetings in the Community Room, nor for equipment, supplies, materials, or any personal possessions owned by them. Groups/individuals using the Community Room agree that they are liable for any damages to any Endurance FCU property/equipment due to misuse, carelessness, or other such acts.
Clean-Up
· Each group or individual using the room accepts responsibility for leaving the Community Room and/or kitchen area in the way they found it.
· The room and/or kitchen will be inspected after each reservation to ensure it was cleaned properly. If the room incurs any damage or is not left clean, the member is subject to a minimum fee of $50 and a maximum of up to the damaged amount that will be deducted from their EFCU account.
decorations/fire & safety
Staples, nails, tape, pins, open flames, fog machines, glitter, confetti, and silly putty are prohibited in the Community Room. Use of poster gum or painter’s tape is allowed.
· Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the building and on credit union property.
· Open flames (candles, canned ethanol, handheld blow torch, tiki burner, fryers, etc.) are prohibited.
· Fire extinguishers are in the Community Room on the north wall and in the kitchen on the west wall.
Kitchen use
Use of the kitchen is welcomed. All drinks must have a secure lid if brought into the Community Room. It is the responsibility of the group to provide plates, napkins, cups, utensils, etc. for their event.
